An elegant and flattering full circle skirt sunray pleated reversible dress, featuring a V neck shell button closer that can either be worn to the front or back. Ties come from top the shoulder and can be worn loosely tied and draped or wrapped around the neck. Tucks at waist and thin ties that wrap around to the front or back. Voluminous sleeve, sewn down pleats below elbow with a shell button and loop closure.
